Operations
We are having fully automatic, semi-automatic and batch wise operations system depending upon the type of explosives to be manufactured. The Company has also imported K.P. machine for packaging of different size/dimension of explosive cartridges. All manufacturing operations are carried out by highly experienced and qualified team as per the guidelines of Petroleum and Explosive Safety Organization (PESO).
Quality
Bharat explosives limited has excellent track record of quality parameters, having well equipped laboratory for in house testing of raw materials and finished goods along with qualified and trained quality control persons.
Warehouse/Laboratory
The Company has enough storage capacities for keeping raw materials as well as finished goods. Our explosive magazines are having 376 metric ton capacity at any one time with 20 times rotations in a month. We are also having well equipped laboratories for testing of raw materials and finished goods.
